takePicture falló después del autofocus por segunda vez

Estoy desarrollando una aplicación de cámara para Android, usando autofocus.

El problema es que puedo capturar por primera vez, pero cuando intento capturar por segunda vez, se produce la excepción a continuación.

Pero funciona bien mientras se captura en una cámara sin la función de enfoque automático.
