Use std :: move en C ++ 11 move constructor con sintaxis de inicialización uniforme

Tengo esta clase simple:

struct Worker
{
        Worker() : done{false} {}
        Worker(const Worker& rhs) : done{rhs.done}, qworker{} {}
        Worker(Worker &&rhs) : done{rhs.done}
        {
            qworker = std::move(rhs.qworker);
        }
...
}

esta compilación está bien con gcc-4.7.2 pero si trato de usar esta versión obtengo un error

struct Worker
{
        Worker() : done{false} {}
        Worker(const Worker& rhs) : done{rhs.done}, qworker{} {}
        Worker(Worker &&rhs) : done{rhs.done}
                             , qworker{std::move(rhs.qworker)} // <- ERROR
        {
        }
...
}

¿Por qué?
