Soy novato en VBA. ¿Cómo descargo un archivo PDF usando UrlDownloadToFile desdehttp://cetatenie.just.ro/wp-content/uploads/?

¿Alguien puede ayudar con esto? El código busca los hipervínculos de los archivos PDF y los combina según algunos criterios, es decir, el año en curso bajo su nombre.
