Estoy tratando de centrar un bloque de texto multilínea usando iTextSharp. Pensé que usar el Texto de columna haría el truco, pero tengo algunos problemas para lograr que tanto la alineación central como el ajuste correcto funcionen al mismo tiempo.

Aquí hay un código que muestra los 2 métodos que estoy intentando:
