Estoy usando Tomcat 7 y Eclipse en JDK 7 para crear esta sencilla aplicación de servlet. Pero cuando copié el archivo war en tomcat, no puedo iniciarlo y aparece este error:

Los servlets llamados [create_subscription] y [servlet.create] están asignados al patrón de URL [/ create] que no está permitido

the web.xml es:
