¿Alguien ha logrado abrir el pre-lanzamiento?System.Collections.Immutable de NuGet en F #?

Estoy recibiendo este error:

El tipo 'IEnumerable`1' se requiere aquí y no está disponible. Debe agregar una referencia al ensamblado 'System.Runtime, Version = 4.0.0.0, Culture = neutral, PublicKeyToken = b03f5f7f11d50a3a'.

Aunque mi proyecto es .NET 4.5

Intenté abrir System.Runtime explícitamente y eso tampoco funcionó. Estoy haciendo referencia.NETCore\v4.5\System.Runtime.dll
