Collectstatic Fehler beim Bereitstellen der Django-App auf Heroku

Ich versuche, eine Django-App für Heroku bereitzustellen. Sie wird erstellt, heruntergeladen und installiert, aber genau das bekomme ich, wenn ich statische Dateien sammle.
