Using _FILES Datei kann nicht an PHP-Server gesendet werden

Ich versuche, Werte an den PHP-Server zu senden, aber immer erhalte ich HTTP-Antwort 200 und auf meinem Server erhalte ich nicht den Wert, den ich gesendet habe hilf mir dabei? .. sorry für zu viel code ...... ich bin auch diesem @ gefol Android-Datei hochladen - $ _FILES gibt leer zurück
