Fehler beim Erstellen von uwsgi mit pip in der virtuellen Umgebung

Ich erhalte eine Fehlermeldung, wenn ich versuche, uwsgi in meiner virtuellen Umgebung in meinem Centos VPS zu installieren. Letztendlich kann ich uwsgi nicht installieren.

Ich benutze

 pip install uwsgi

und auch

pathtovirtualenv/bin/pip install uwsgi

Ich erhalte die folgende Ausgabe auf dem Terminal:
