subprocess.call () - Argumente werden ignoriert, wenn shell = True w / list [duplicate] verwendet wird

Ich versuche, die subprocess.call-Methode von Python zu veranlassen, einige args-Befehle über eine Liste (bestehend aus einer Folge von Zeichenfolgen) zu akzeptieren, wie in der Python-Dokumentation empfohlen. Um dieses Verhalten zu untersuchen, bevor ich es in mein eigentliches Skript einbaue, habe ich IPython geöffnet, einige Befehle mit verschiedenen Kombinationen von Shell-Einstellungen und args-Befehlen ausgeführt und folgendes Verhalten festgestellt:

Es sieht so aus, als wäre die Ausgabe immer gleich, wenn shell = True ist:

Ich bin verwirrt; Was ist mit der Option '-a' passiert, als ich shell = True gesetzt habe? Hat die Shell es nicht gelesen? Ich habe die Dokumentation gelesen und es heißt, dass wenn shell = True ist, mein angegebener Befehl über die Shell ausgeführt wird, was bedeutet, dass ls -a an die Shell übergeben und von der Shell bearbeitet wurde. Warum dann das Verhalten in [4] und [7]? Auch die pydocs erklären es nicht direkt (obwohl es sagt, welcher Unterprozess NICHT TUN wird, wenn wir shell = False setzen); Was bedeutet es, wenn wir shell = False lassen? Wird ein neuer Prozess im Betriebssystem erzeugt, ohne dass die Shell ihn tatsächlich steuert?

Auch für den Fall, dass es wirklich unangenehm erscheint, dass ich in [3] und [4] einen Format-String verwende, weil ich mich in meinem tatsächlichen Skript, in dem ich subprocess.call verwende, darauf verlassen muss Formatieren Sie die zu ersetzenden Zeichenfolgen in den entsprechenden Befehlsoptionen. Ich kann einige Befehlszeilenoptionen nicht fest codieren. Die Verwendung eines reinen Strings für args kommt ebenfalls nicht in Frage, da es in meinem Skript eine Methode gibt, die Listenoperationen für die Befehle ausführen muss. Ich weiß jedoch nicht, ob es einen besseren Weg gibt, dies zu tun. Wenn also wirklich jemand etwas anderes vorschlagen kann, hilft das.
