In Python eingebauter Server lädt kein CSS

Wenn ich den django-Administrator runserver vermisse, fehlt CSS. Die Webkonsole meldet, dass das Stylesheet nicht geladen wurde, weil der MIME-Typ "application / x-css" nicht "text / css" ist. Dies ist meine settings.py-Datei
