Fehler 404 Probleme mit Struts-Anwendung

Ich habe einige Probleme beim Ausführen einer Struts-Web-App seit einigen Tagen. Ich habe verschiedene Lösungen von StackOverflow in Bezug auf mein Problem ausprobiert, aber keine davon funktioniert.

Es gibt keine Fehler auf meiner Konsole, Problemansicht. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn mir jemand weiterhelfen könnte.
