Entschuldigung für die blöde Frage. Ich programmiere auf PHP, habe aber auf Python einen netten Code gefunden und möchte ihn auf PHP "neu erstellen". Aber ich bin ziemlich frustriert über die Leitung

Aber ich verstehe nicht, was das macht

bedeuten.
