String.Format-Ausnahme, wenn die Formatzeichenfolge "{" enthält

Ich verwende VSTS 2008 + C # + .Net 2.0. Wenn die folgende Anweisung ausgeführt wird, wird eine FormatException von der Anweisung String.Format ausgelöst. Gibt es Ideen, was falsch ist?

Hier finden Sie die template.html, die ich verwende. Ich möchte diesen Teil m = {0} in template.html formatieren.
