PHP cURL POST gibt einen 415 - Nicht unterstützten Medientyp zurück

Ich habe ein einfaches PHP-Skript, das eine HTTP-POST-Anforderung über cURL sendet und als Antwort eine JSON-Zeichenfolge erwartet (hätte dafür gerne eine vorhandene Bibliothek wie pecl_http / HTTPRequest verwendet, kann dies aber nicht). Der Aufruf schlägt mit dem Fehler 415 "Nicht unterstützter Medientyp" durchgehend fehl. Ich glaube, ich konfiguriere cURL nicht richtig, aber nach langem Suchen kann ich nicht herausfinden, was ich falsch mache. Hier ist ein Code:
