"Sqlite3.h" fehlt, wenn die Rails-App an Heroku gesendet wird

Ich folgedieses Tutorial, aber es schlägt fehl, wenn ich versuche, mich an Heroku zu wenden. Es scheint, dass "sqlite3.h" fehlt. Ich bin neu in der Entwicklung, daher bin ich mir nicht sicher, welche Informationen den Leuten helfen, das Problem zu diagnostizieren. Hier ist also alles :). Ich verwende Mac OS X 10.7 Lion. Hier sind die Versionen von allem, mit dem ich arbeite:

Dann versuche ich es nochmal mit Heroku, bekomme aber das gleiche Problem. Vielleicht hat es etwas mit der Diskrepanz zwischen dem ersten Befehl "Creating floating stream 8009" und dem zweiten Befehl "Einige Verweise konnten nicht an" [email protected]: blazing-mountain-3659.git "gesendet werden" zu tun?
