Очень простой вопрос Почему scanf пропускается в первом цикле while. Я пробовал это с помощью getchar (), и результат тот же. getchar пропущен.

Если вы, ребята, не понимаете, что яЯ говорю о том, что вы можете попробовать скомпилировать его, и вы, ребята, поймете, что яЯ спрашиваю о.
