Я могу только найти, что ICS 4.0 поддерживает декодирование FLAC, но кодирует. Мне нужен кодировщик для преобразования WAV в FLAC, но на данный момент я не могу его найти. Я нахожу, что есть jFlac, но я не знаю, как использовать эту библиотеку, просто конвертируйте файлы.

Сегодня я просто немного подумал об использовании JavaFlacEncoder. и это работает для определенных битрейтов WAV.
