Получение неожиданного вывода в программу

Но я получаю вывод, как, но я выставляю правильный emp_id & amp; пароль (он все еще показывает 4 & gt; + java.lang.illegalstateexception (не знаю почему ?? :()):

любая идея ..... почему это происходит?
