Android: перетащите карту, удерживая маркер в центре

I a, в настоящее время получаю текущее местоположение устройства (lat, lng) в MapActivity. Теперь я хочу позволить пользователю перемещать карту, сохраняя маркер в центре. Это означает, что при каждом перемещении карты текущее местоположение будет обновляться. (Правильно?)

Я следил за этимandroid Как переместить карту под маркер а такжеКак прикрепить гибкий маркер на карте что-то вроде Uber и Lyft? но не мог понять мою концепцию.

Activity_map.xml (здесь я добавил ImageView)
