Я использовал SwipeRefreshLayout с recyclerview, он отлично работает во всех версиях Android, но в Kitkat, когда я опускаю, загрузчик SwipeRefreshLayout не запускается, а также не обновляет данные переработчика, но работает в леденце.

Я использую 'com.android.support:support-v4:22.2.1'
