Прежде всего командаpear config-get php_dir возвращаетсяD:\Users\xampp\php\pear и у меня нет прав на установкуC привод.

Я не понимаю, почему программа установки пытается запустить mkdirC:\php\pear\ а также как решить проблемы с неизвестными каналами удаления ...
