Не знаю, что происходит, от github нет ответа на этот вопрос, поэтому я спрашиваю здесь. Попробовал толчок мерзавца впервые за месяц или около того и получил это. Включил экспорт GIT_CURL_VERBOSE = 1 и сделал толчок и получил это:
