Я ссылаюсь на EXE-файл в DLL. Когда бегать вРежим отладки все работает нормально, но при запускеРежим выпуска ниже исключение брошено

Не уверен, есть ли какая-то проблема сзондирование exe файл при запуске вРежим RELEASE.
