Редактировать 1 Теперь я могу видеть сообщения из журнала ошибок, и, похоже, на меня влияетhttps://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libapache2-mod-python/+bug/1073147 на Ubuntu 12.04.

Я постараюсь позже перекомпилировать на правильную версию Python, чтобы посмотреть, исправит ли она ошибку. Пока эта ошибка возникает, я все еще вижу файлы, перечисленные при посещении сайта example.com.

Редактировать 2 Обновление до 13.04 решило проблему с информацией о версии. Теперь, когда я захожу на example.com, я получаю 403 запрещенную ошибку. Когда я хватаю error.log, я вижу:
