Сначала я обновил инструменты Android SDK до 22.3, а инструменты платформы SDK - 19. Если я нажму ADT / Справка / О ADT / Сведения об установке, я вижу, что все компоненты были обновлены до 22.3.0, кроме инструментов разработчика, которые все еще 21.0.1:

Наконец, в свойствах моего проекта я добавил внешние JAR-файлы в Java Build Path:

Код собран без проблем. Затем я проверил это на нескольких устройствах. Вот результаты теста.

Nexus 7 (версия 2012 года, обновлена до Android 4.4) Код работал до конца без сбоев. Однако после первого вызова Renderscript обновление ImageView приводит к пустому отображению. Видимо, выходной битовый массив неправильно записан.
