Я застреваю при получении регистрационного ID моего устройства!

Мое приложение продолжает пытаться соединиться с сервером Google, Вот мои журналы ошибок:

Я следую инструкции Google, но застрял с этой ошибкой SERVICE_NOT_AVAILABLE,

Что я делаю неправильно ?
