Rails 3 - não é possível instalar a pg gem

Quando tento executar o pacote (instalação do pacote), recebo o tempo todo

Uso o Mac OS X 10.6, a versão do PostgreSQL instalada é 9.1. Eu encontrei o problema está no libpq-dev, como posso instalar / corrigir isso?
