Root emulador ICS; empurrar su falha com "Memória insuficiente"

Estou tentando fazer root no meu ICS AVD e tentei o seguinte:

adb shell mount -o rw,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock03 /system  
adb push su /system/xbin/su  
adb shell chmod 06755 /system  
adb shell chmod 06755 /system/xbin/su

Falha com o seguinte erro:

falhou ao copiar 'su' para '/ system / xbin / su': falta de memória

Como posso consertar isso
