Eu criei um projeto Auth comlaravel 5.5 e criei uma nova migração e, quando migro, recebo esta mensagem de erro:

In Connection.php linha 647:

In Connection.php linha 449:

i tente o php artisan migrate --force e o php artisan migrate: rollback

e tente soltar todas as tabelas e migrá-lo novamente e ainda tenho esse erro
