Eu tenho um despejo diário de 2 arquivos de texto diferentes (na mesma pasta) que são substituídos diariamente. Gostaria de poder importá-los para uma planilha ativa com guias delimitadas, ao mesmo tempo com um código VBA. Eu realmente aprecio a ajuda!

Estou usando o Excel 2016. Meu método de importação manual de 1 do arquivo de texto quando gravado fornece esse código, que é como eu gostaria que os dois arquivos de texto fossem importados (formatação preservada):
