Erro no as.data.frame.default: não é possível coagir a classe "c (" reactiveExpr "," reactive ")" a um data.frame no Shiny

Estou com um problema ao criar um quadro de dados a partir de um reativo no Shiny. O aplicativo permite que um usuário envie alguns dados, portanto, o conjunto de dados é reativo. Isso permitirá que o usuário selecione as variáveis de entrada e saída que serão passadas para uma regressão e um gráfico será gerado. Eu continuo recebendo um erro informando:

Error in as.data.frame.default: cannot coerce class "c("reactiveExpr", "reactive")" to a data.frame

Acredito que seja proveniente da minha variável d.f, que deveria ser um quadro de dados dos dados carregados pelo usuário. Não consegui garantir uma solução alternativa depois de vasculhar a Internet. Qualquer ajuda seria apreciada. O código até agora está abaixo.
