Por que o rake db: migrate: reset não está listado no rake -T?

Por que algumas tarefas de rake não são listadas porrake -T? Gostardb:migrate:reset? Posso executá-lo sem problemas, mas por que não está listado lá? Existe uma maneira de obter uma lista completa real de tarefas de rake?
