Quando adiciono tags LCOV_EXCL_START / STOP ao meu código C ++, ele não parece ter nenhum efeito no meu relatório gcovr.

Alguém sabe por que isso ocorre?

Eu tenho o seguinte:

Mas a linha 5throw 1; está incluído no relatório gcovr, mesmo estando cercado por tags de exclusão:
