Eu tenho um procedimento armazenado. Internamente, desejo chamar outro procedimento que retorne um conjunto de registros. Como faço para navegar pelo conjunto de registros retornado pelo procedimento armazenado por meio de 'CALL'?

[edit] Eu tenho tentado usar uma TABELA TEMPORÁRIA como sugerido, mas estou tendo problemas:

Preciso usar CALL porque 'rsHeadOfAnyDepartments' não é uma função, mas isso não será aceito.
