Instalar virtualenv virtualenvwrapper

Estou tentando criar um aplicativo de balão de amostra seguindo este tutorialhttps://realpython.com/blog/python/flask-by-example-part-1-project-setup/

Mas estou enfrentando problemas constantes desde que estou configurando o Python e tecnologias relacionadas neste novo Mac rodando no 10.11.1

Estou preso no comando em que insiro este

$ mkvirtualenv --python = / usr / local / bin / python3 contas de palavras

Mais tarde eu percebi que não tinha python 3. Mas ainda tenho o erro de

-bash: mkvirtualenv: command not found

Então, eu encontrei este tutorial para ajudar a instalar o virtualenvInstalar virtualenv e virtualenvwrapper no Mac OS X e disse para executar isso

pip install virtualenv virtualenvwrapper

Mas então eu tive um problema com pip

Eu pensei ter encontrado uma resposta existente emNão é possível instalar o virtualenvwrapper no OSX 10.11 El Capitan

sudo pip install --no-deps virtualenvwrapper

mas até outro usuário mencionado nos comentários da resposta aceita que ele não estava trabalhando10.11.1
