Eu estou trabalhando com balão em um ambiente virtual. Consegui instalar o matplotlib com o pip e possoimport matplotlib em uma sessão Python. No entanto, quando eu o importo como

matplotlib.pyplot as plt

Estou tendo o erro a seguir:

Estou confuso sobre o motivo pelo qual ele me pede para instalar o Python como estrutura. Isso já não existe? O que significa "instalar o Python como estrutura" e como instalá-lo?
