Preciso de ajuda com um modelo de ng criado com ng-bind-html. Eu tenho um arquivo JSON no servidor no qual tenho alguns html e algumas entradas como esta:

O html é preenchido, mas não posso usar $ watch para o modelo (q) gerado com essa abordagem.

Como posso observar as alterações nos modelos criados dessa maneira?
