Estou tentando abrir / executar outro programa através do serviço windows usando código python. Quando o serviço do Windows for iniciado, outro programa, ou seja, o Bloco de Notas, será executado. O código está correto sem erros, mas não abre o programa. O código é fornecido abaixo.

No método SvcDoRun, tentei o seguinte código, mas sem sucesso:

também tentou, mas sem sucesso:

Estou faltando alguma coisa? ou eu estou fazendo isso da maneira errada! Por favor ajude
