Eu estou tentando traçar gráficos de barras verticais sobre um mapa. Eu passei por exemplos on-line, mas de alguma forma não consegui.

Meus dados estão atualmente neste formato:

University| Count | Category | lat | long

Aqui está o código que estou tentando executar:

Quando executo o código acima, recebo o seguinte erro:
