Instalando o GitHub para Windows

Estou tentando instalar o GitHub para Windows. Eu tentei instalá-lo da maneira normal e recebi este erro:

Eu segui o conselho sobreesta postagem e baixadogithub-windows.s3.amazonaws.com/GitHub.application com a versão mais recente do Chrome. Quando tentei executá-lo, recebi este erro:

A partir daqui estou preso. Qualquer conselho seria muito apreciado.
