Jboss como 7 implantar usando API de gerenciamento HTTP

Como implantar o arquivo no Jboss como 7 usando a API de gerenciamento de HTTP?

Eu tentei usar o seguinte código que eu criei a partir dessas classes de plugins RHQ

PASSO 1 (uloading) Achei que funciona bem, devolve resposta de sucesso, também diz

Mas esse arquivo de conteúdo está vazio !!!

Além disso, quando o STEP 2 (implantação) é executado, ele gera o seguinte erro
