Bitmap de desenho Android e botão na tela por posições X Y

Eu sou novo em android e eu tenho alguns problemas com o meu aplicativo. Qualquer ajuda será apreciada :)

Eu tenho desenho de bitmap na tela por xpositon e ypostion por sensores (quando eu estou movendo meu telefone, bitmaps estão se movendo)

Eu preciso criar mover o botão clicável no centro dos meus bitmaps e quando clico neles eu vou para a próxima atividade.

Os bitmaps estão desenhando perfeitamente, mas não sei como desenhar botões neles, botões que serão movidos com meu bitmap pelos mesmos valores de x e y. Como eu posso fazer isso?
