Desde o Java 7 Update 5, meu aplicativo Java Web Start está solicitando permissão para estabelecer conexões. O aplicativo é assinado com um certificado válido.

Um pop-up é exibido com o seguinte texto:

O aplicativo consiste em uma tela de boas-vindas que busca imagens de um site, essa tela é então descartada e a janela principal do aplicativo é exibida. O aviso é exibido apenas antes que a tela de boas-vindas seja exibida. Depois que o aplicativo é iniciado, nenhum outro aviso é exibido, apesar de várias conexões iniciadas pelo aplicativo.

O que está causando esse problema? Isso é uma regressão no Java 7u5 ou um novo recurso? Eu não vi nenhuma referência a isso nonotas de lançamento.
