Jak dodać rodzimą bibliotekę w Tomcat?

Chcę dodać bibliotekę gdal w Tomcat. czytamRodzime biblioteki nie zostały znalezione w Tomcat ale nie rozumiem gdziestartup.bat Powinienem dodać-Djava.library.path.
