Creé un servicio web WCF simple que tiene un método: SubmitTicket (ft de vuelo, nombre de usuario de cadena, contraseña de cadena)

En el lado del cliente, tengo una solicitud para completar un formulario (un boleto de avión) y enviarlo a este servicio web recién creado. Cuando este objeto flightticket supera los 8192 bytes, aparece el siguiente error:

"Hubo un error al deserializar el objeto de tipo flightticket. Se ha excedido la cuota máxima de longitud de contenido de cadena (8192) al leer datos XML. Esta cuota se puede aumentar cambiando la propiedad MaxStringContentLength en el objeto XmlDictionaryReaderQuotas usado al crear el lector XML "

Investigué en línea y descubrí que tengo que configurar MaxStringContentLength en web.config (servidor) y app.config (cliente) en un número mayor. El problema es que probé todas las combinaciones posibles de configuraciones en ambos archivos de configuración al leer varios blogs y sitios, ¡pero TODAVÍA falla con el mismo error!

He adjuntado mi código de configuración de cliente y servidor (como está en este momento, ha pasado por muchos, muchos cambios durante el día sin éxito).

Una cosa que noté es que el archivo configuration.svcinfo en mi aplicación cliente parece mostrar siempre 8192 para MaxStringContentLength cuando actualizo la referencia del servicio. Parece tomar todos los valores predeterminados incluso si configuro explícitamente las propiedades de enlace. No estoy seguro si eso está relacionado con mi problema, pero vale la pena mencionarlo.
