e acuerdo con las respuestas, solo necesito establecer los parámetros de diseño de TextView de la siguiente manera y establecer la propiedad stretchColumn, pero al agregar el siguiente código al mío, hace que textView desaparezca del diseño de tabla.

TextView tv = new TextView(v.getContext());
tv.setLayoutParams(new LinearLayout.LayoutParams(LayoutParams.WRAP_CONTENT, LayoutParams.WRAP_CONTENT, 1f));

Entonces, aquí está mi código donde quiero agregar dinámicamente una fila con 3 columnas con un peso del 35%, 5% y 60%. Avíseme qué hay de malo en mi código.

        TableRow tr = new TableRow(this);

También intenté establecer el layout_width en 0, pero aún así no funcionó.
