Estoy intentando instalar mysql2 (versión 0.4.5) y estoy usandoRails 5.0.2, Ruby 2.3.1

Ya instalé el servidor mysql usando homebrew (versión 8.0.11) y comencé mysql como:

brew install mysql
brew services start mysql

Gemfile.rb

gem 'mysql2'

Cuando intento instalar gem mysql2 obtengo el siguiente error
