Centrarse en esta línea de consulta anterior:

WHERE h.id = :id1 OR h.related = :id2

Como ves, hayOR operador lógico entre esas dos condiciones. Como sabes,OR usualmente previene el uso efectivo de índices. Entonces, cuando hay grandes datos, el rendimiento de mi consulta es realmente débil.

¿Cómo puedo mejorarlo? En realidad estoy tratando de reemplazarOR conUNION, pero como ves, mi consulta es demasiado larga ... ¿Hay alguna idea?
