Me gustaría animar el fondo de UIView con colores aleatorios. Esto es lo que he hecho hasta ahora:

            self.view.backgroundColor = self.colours

            }, completion:nil)
    }

         timer = NSTimer.scheduledTimerWithTimeInterval(1, target: self, selector: Selector("getRandomColor"), userInfo: nil, repeats: true)
    }

    func getRandomColor(){
        let red   = Float((arc4random() % 256)) / 255.0
        let green = Float((arc4random() % 256)) / 255.0
        let blue  = Float((arc4random() % 256)) / 255.0
        let alpha = Float(1.0)
        colours = UIColor(colorLiteralRed: red, green: green, blue: blue, alpha: alpha)
    }

}

Pero solo genera un color aleatorio al principio y usa este color único en mi animación. Me gustaría encontrar una manera de animar los colores, para que el fondo UIVIew se vea como un arcoíris aleatorio.
